This section contains the General Conditions of Use of the services offered by Officine Urania. These conditions are to be considered valid until a new version published by Officine Urania. The updated version of the general conditions is the current one, any changes will become effective from the date of publication on the site. General conditions of Sale
efinition and object of the contract The contract concluded between Officine Urania and the customer falls into the category of distance contracts referred to in the articles. 51 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU. Any contract concluded between the supplier (Officine Urania) and the consumer (user and user) is defined as a distance contract. within the framework of an organized remote sales or service provision scheme which does not require physical presence and simultaneous communication between the supplier and the consumer, through the use of remote means of communication (e.g. telephone, fax, web etc.) until the conclusion of the contract (itself carried out remotely). The contract, which has as its object the sale of goods and services, is considered concluded with acceptance, even partial, by Officine Urania of a purchase proposal issued by the customer, via the internet, on the website www.urania-europa.com; this acceptance is considered tacit, except for specific communications made to the customer/user.
By placing an order, which must be complete in all its parts, the Customer declares: to be a consumer in accordance with the provisions of art. 3, paragraph 1, letter. a) of the Consumer Code; to be of age; that the data provided for the execution of the contract are correct and truthful; that I have read and fully accepted the General Conditions of Sale indicated here.
Prices
All prices of products in the catalog on the website www.urania-europa.com and on any sites linked to it are expressed in EURO and are inclusive of VAT. However, they do not include any taxes, duties and duties applicable in the country of destination of the purchases, where this is different from Italy (with the exclusion of the municipalities of Livigno and Campione d’Italia), which remain the responsibility of the Customer, entirely. Officine Urania reserves the right to change the price of the items at any time, without notice, without prejudice to the fact that the price charged to the user will be the one indicated on the website at the time of sending the order and that any variations (increasing or decreasing) will not be taken into account subsequent to the transmission of the same, except for increases imposed by law relating to taxes, duties, duties and/or events independent of the will of Officine Urania.
If, due to misunderstandings or other inconveniences, the price indicated on the site is lower than the correct selling price of a product, the user will be contacted to verify whether they wish to proceed with the purchase of the product at the correct price. Otherwise the order cannot be accepted.
Guarantees and Withdrawal
Purchases made on the website www.urania-europa.com are governed by the Italian law on mail order sales. If you made a mistake in the purchase or you are still not satisfied, you have 15 working days from the delivery date to exercise the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility of returning the product(s) and being reimbursed for the cost. We will accept the return of the items, provided they are in like new condition, reimbursing the cost incurred. ATTENTION: the right of withdrawal is excluded for digital contents such as eBooks, Mp3s and downloadable video courses. The return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
How to request a return?
Write an email to: info@urania-europa.com indicating the reasons for the return and if you wish to have a refund (returning the goods in the same conditions as new) or replace the product. Damaged products: if you receive damaged goods, please notify us within 5 working days via email (info@urania-europa.com)
Refunds
The refund is made within 10 working days of receipt of the returned package. The reimbursement methods are as follows: If the order was paid by bank transfer, you can request the amount to be credited to your bank account via bank transfer. If the order was paid with Paypal, you can request the amount to be credited to your Paypal account; If the order was paid by cash on delivery, you can request the amount to be credited to your bank account via bank transfer. Or you can request a refund in the form of a Credit / Voucher to be used on www.urania-europa.com
